My son had Salma for English tuition. His English was a weakness and I needed it to improve for both the CSSE and CEM exams.. Salma's lessons really helped. His composition drastically improved, the way he was writing sentences and the expressions used was fantastic. Salma covered all the techniques needed for both exams from Verbal Reasoning - cloze, vocabulary and how to answer comprehension questions. My son scored highly in the exams and secured his choice of school Westcliff High School for Boys.

The 11 plus class is a learning curve for both children and parents. Having successfully completed this journey, I realised that one of the toughest task is to select the right tutor for your child, otherwise it is a waste of time and money. I can safely say that we were lucky to have found Salma. She is one of the most competent and sincere teachers I have come across. She has the ability to keep children engaged even when the classes were conducted remotely. My son was always keen to participate and enjoyed the class discussions. I noticed that Emad's comprehension and creative writing skills improved significantly under Salma's tutorage. His written pieces are still a delight to read and the best thing is that he has started to enjoy writing in his free time now.
